Sculpt Haus

Sculpt Haus requires 48hr to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48hr notice or missed appointments/no shows, maybe charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Clients are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrival may shorten the session or require rescheduling depending on room availability and schedule impact. The cancellation fee may be charged to the card on file or required before booking a future appointment. Repeated no shows or cancellations may result in prepaid booking requirements or refusal of future appointments. Emergency exceptions are at management discretion and will be documented in the client file.
